8. Termination
- You may leave the Group at any time by notifying the admin.
- Upon termination, you must delete any downloaded content that is not your own.
- The Group may delete your account and any associated data for breach of these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the groups owners and its administrators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Group, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the Bangkok Central Court , and you waive any right to a class‑action lawsuit.
11. Changes to Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be posted in the Group and emailed to members. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
